It just goes to show how far guitarists will go when they care about a guitar. When United Airlines broke a beautiful Taylor guitar and refused to pay for it, Dave Carroll got mad. The result is this video, which promptly went viral. It's pretty catchy too. I won't be flying United anytime soon, especially if this is how they treat guitars.
Then there was this statement a couple of days later. I like how United fessed up. See, that wasn't so hard, was it United?
